The display in a conference room needs to deliver clear image quality and ensure that prolonged viewing does not cause eye fatigue. Therefore, selecting the right screen for a high‑end conference room is a very important issue. We will discuss how to choose the best solution based on two scenarios: small meeting rooms and large meeting rooms.  

1. Small Meeting Room Screen Solution  
For smaller meeting rooms, the space may be within 50 m², with fewer than 100 attendees. Based on the actual wall size, we can opt for LED displays with a smaller pixel pitch and adjustable brightness, so the image quality is sharper. Milestrong recommends a pixel pitch of P1.0–P2.0, which can present ultra‑high‑definition visuals within a viewing distance of 10 meters.  

2. Extra‑Large High‑End Conference Room Screen Solution  
For large venues such as launch events or conference halls, where the screen exceeds 10 m² and the audience can reach over a thousand people, we suggest choosing displays with a larger pixel pitch, such as P3.0–P5.0. In extra‑large conference rooms or launch event settings, the closest audience members may still be more than 10 meters from the screen. Using a larger pixel pitch for big screens saves energy while ensuring the viewing experience remains unaffected.  

In addition, we also need to select a smarter broadcast and control system, for example, one that supports multi‑screen display of different content and varied viewing angles. This makes it easier for the control station to quickly and conveniently access different functions.
